Maintenance

Regular maintenance will prolong the life of your items.
Keep your costs in the long run to a minimum by having your items serviced regularly.
Care must be taken not to turn a maintenance job into a repair job, by having other than plumbers carrying out maintenance.
Always keep an eye for dripping taps, leaking toilets, hot water tanks and valves, garden taps around the home, unusually wet spots around the home, hard to turn taps, noisy taps, high water bills, high electricity bills and noisy taps.

Emergency's

Must be attended to immediately.
Always safety comes first before attempting anything.
Broken water pipes can be live with power do not touch.
Wet floors can electrocute people do not stand in the water leaks.
Know where all isolation valves are, cold water meter, hot water valve. gas valve and electricity box.
When you have a blocked drain stop using water to stop any overflowing.

Repairs

Repairs should be always done by a licensed trades persons or your manufactures warranty and building / content insurance could be voided.
Repairs must be made with Authorized Parts marked with such things like the 5 ticks and water mark.
Repair jobs done poorly usually turn into emergency jobs.
